View allFrequently asked questions
Do I need a visa for Korea?
Many nationalities need either K-ETA or a visa. Vietnamese passport holders must apply for a visa in advance, usually 8–10 working days.
What is the best season?
April for cherry blossom, October–November for autumn colour. Winter is cold but good for skiing; July–August is hot, humid and wet.
How do I get around?
The Seoul metro is excellent and signed in English; KTX links Seoul and Busan in about 2.5 hours. For groups we arrange private coaches.
Is non-spicy food available?
Yes. Alongside the well-known spicy dishes there is plenty that is mild — ginseng chicken soup, cold noodles, gimbap. We note preferences when booking restaurants.
