Why book through us instead of an OTA
Online platforms are fine for one room, one night. They are poor at group blocks, connecting rooms, late arrivals, split billing and anything that needs a human to intervene. We hold the relationship with the hotel, so when a guest needs an early check-in or a room change at 11pm, someone at the property takes our call.
