Restaurant
Dining that belongs to the destination
Food is often what travellers remember most sharply. We book restaurants we have eaten in ourselves — from street-side institutions to fine dining — and handle the parts that are hard from abroad: group seating, dietary requirements and private venues.
What you can count on
Restaurants personally inspected, not sourced from listings
Group seating from 10 to 500 covers
Dietary requirements confirmed with the kitchen in advance
Private dining rooms, rooftops and heritage venues
Cooking classes, market tours and chef's table experiences
What we provide

Every venue visited and assessed by our team before listing.
Dietary management
Written kitchen confirmation for allergies and special diets.
Private venues
Heritage houses, rooftops and private rooms for exclusive dining.

How we select
We eat there first. Every restaurant on our list has been visited unannounced by someone from our team, assessed for kitchen hygiene, consistency at volume, and whether it can genuinely handle a group without the service collapsing. Popularity on review sites does not get a restaurant onto our list.
Dietary requirements
Vegetarian, vegan, halal, kosher, gluten-free and allergy management are confirmed with the kitchen in writing before the booking is finalised — not mentioned to a waiter on the night. For severe allergies we brief the chef directly and arrange a separate preparation area where the venue can support it.
