Tour Summary
This 6-day private Northern Nature journey explores the mountain landscapes, waterfalls, caves and local cultural experiences of north-eastern Vietnam.
Starting from Hanoi, the programme travels to Cao Bang to discover Ban Gioc Waterfall, one of the region’s most recognised natural attractions, and Nguom Ngao Cave with its distinctive limestone formations.
The route continues to Ba Be Lake, where travellers can experience the peaceful scenery of the lake, surrounding forests and ethnic village life. Designed for FIT travellers, couples and small groups, this private tour combines nature, photography, scenic road journeys and cultural discovery. The key distinction of this itinerary is the combination of Cao Bang’s dramatic landscapes with Ba Be’s tranquil lake environment, creating a balanced Northern Vietnam experience beyond the classic city routes.
